At KC Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your canvases, threads, or accessories are in original, resaleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
